My LD HD TV has a HDMI Output however not a HDMI ARC Output. Anyway this
is no issue, you just run a HDMI Cable from the TV HDMI to the recipients HDMI
ARC Input and run an Audio Optical Cable from your TV's Optical Output to the
Receivers Optical Sound Input and you end up with Video and Audio. Likewise the
HDMI Inputs are adaptable. Exceptionally happy with this A/V Receiver. What I
particularly like is you don't need to utilize composite links despite the fact
that there is composite sources of info.
